Oh. My. Word. I should not be surprised. Sinners will act like sinners. I was just reading this morning in 1Tim. 2 (I think) that we should pray for everyone. That would include these people...like you said they are blinded to the truth and don't know anything else. I do think that if their real motive, like the article says, is to get their case to a higher court, that this is a pretty intellegent move. What do you think?
Oh my goodness -- I was thinking about blogging about this too. Can you believe it? It is like they are using our own words and values and twisting them around to bite back at us. And, think about it, if we complain that our reproductive rights are being taken away, then they can say the same thing to us about abortion. The whole thing is just really scary, partly because they are so smart and crafty (like their father Satan) Does that mean that since Nathaniel and I were married there, if we don't have kids in 1 more year....?
Pray our good friend we have in WA, Steve. He is a lawyer who specializes in Supreme Court Cases and will surely help out in this one. Makes me so thankful to know that we are not alone in this fight and that God has placed smart Christians at the front lines to help us in the battle.

WoW. I should read the news more often. Shouldn't be surprising, but it always is. So sad, and a good reminder to pray!
